My unique approach to therapy is to be involved in your progress, struggles and every step along the way which is why I make myself available to clients throughout the week. Therapy entails weekly sessions in my office or on video chat if preferred. As therapy can be emotionally taxing at times, and implementing healthy coping skills and thoughts can be complex throughout the week, I am available via text, phone and email for ongoing support. This is where, through growing pains, you witness your growth. You begin noticing old patterns of behavior and replacing them with healthier, more mindful choices. You can expect to have meaningful, thought provoking and goal oriented sessions with me.

My approach to therapy is strengths based and client-centered, meaning we start where you are already comfortable and build up from there. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques as well as other evidence-based practices to guide our sessions. I can be reached via phone or text for additional support between sessions.
